Justin does the inspection, writes the bid and is on site while the work happens. The crew is the same crew, job after job, and they work for him alone.
Why our pricing works
We keep overhead low and we do not spend on large-scale advertising. Most of our work comes from referrals and from neighbors seeing our sign in a yard.
That saving goes into the bid rather than into a marketing budget. We use the same materials as the large regional companies.
The full exterior
A lot of our customers have us do the roof, siding, soffit, fascia and gutters as one project. It is cheaper than hiring it out separately, everything matches, and there is one crew and one point of contact.
If the roof is due and the siding is tired, ask us to price both.
