What the inspection includes
- Justin climbs the roof rather than assessing it from the driveway
- Photos of anything he finds, including what you cannot see from the ground
- A check of flashing, valleys, pipe boots and attic ventilation
- An honest verdict on repair versus replacement
- An itemized written bid you can compare against anyone else
What it does not include
No two-hour kitchen table presentation. No price that mysteriously drops if you sign tonight. No commissioned salesman, because there is no salesman. Justin does the inspection and writes the bid himself.
You might not need a new roof
Plenty of people call us expecting to hear they need a replacement and get told the roof has years left. One of our Google reviews is from exactly that conversation. If a repair will do, we will say so and price the repair.
